Hot off the Presses: Check Out Our New Publications Featuring Award-Winning Teen Art and Writing

Every year, the Scholastic Awards publish award-winning art and writing by creative teens as well as a list of all of the scholarship winners and National Medalists. These publications are available free of charge at many of our events, including Awards Week, and are mailed across the country to our Affiliate Partners, libraries, schools, alumni, educators, jurors, and more to share with their communities. We do our best to spread the word about the remarkable teens who enter the Scholastic Awards and we’re proud to announce that our spring publications are now available to view online for free!

Best Teen Writing 2022

Our annual anthology, Best Teen Writing, showcases some of the incredible works by teen authors that were entered into the Scholastic Awards. These works, ranging from poems to essays to memoirs to short stories and more, help us to understand the concerns of today’s teens and read, in their own words, what it’s like being a young person in the 21st century, making it a wonderful mentor text for students in grades 7–12. If you want to know what the teens in your life are thinking, Best Teen Writing is the place to find out.
