Winning an award for a portfolio is the highest honor offered by the Scholastic Awards. This year, out of 9,500 Portfolios entered, 23 received Silver Medal awards. The graduating seniors who earned a Silver Medal Portfolio Award will also receive scholarships of $2,000.
