From Friday, March 28, to Sunday, May 18, 2025, stop by The Met to celebrate New York City’s most creative teens!

The Celebration features more than 500 works of art and writing by New York City teens who received the highest regional recognition in the 2025 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards—the Gold Key Award. This year more than 2,500 students in grades 7 to 12 entered nearly 14,800 works to the New York City Region of the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, encompassing nearly 250 schools in all five boroughs.
