About the Speakers
Cassandra Pelham Fulton is the Editorial Director of the Graphix imprint at Scholastic Inc., which is the world’s largest graphic novel publisher for kids. Her author/illustrators include Raina Telgemeier, Gale Galligan, and Kazu Kibuishi.
Jalen Garcia-Hall is an Assistant Editor in the fiction department at Scholastic Inc. and has edited books with topics ranging from vampires to rescue dogs to a little-known Black passenger on the Titanic.
David Levithan is the SVP/Publisher and Editorial Director in the fiction department at Scholastic Inc. His authors include Suzanne Collins, Ann M. Martin, and Brian Selznick.
Maeve Norton is an Art Director in the fiction department at Scholastic Inc. Among the authors whose books she’s art-directed are Ryan La Sala, Kelly Andrew, and Ann M. Martin.
