June 7
Registration
Time: 10:00–4:00 pm
Location: New York Marriot Marquis, 1535 Broadway
Tickets for the National Ceremony at Carnegie Hall MUST be picked up during registration. Tickets to the Ceremony CANNOT be obtained at Carnegie Hall.
National Exhibition Viewing
Time: 10:00 am–6:00 pm
Locations: Scholastic Inc., 130 Mercer AND Affirmation Arts, 523 W. 37th Street
Gold Medal and Silver Medal with Distinction artwork will be on display at two locations in New York City. Visit our National Exhibition blog post to learn more.
Proof of vaccination is required to attend the exhibition and events at Scholastic Inc. (130 Mercer Street), so please come prepared with a paper or digital copy of your Covid-19 vaccination record.
June 8
Registration
Time: 10:00 am–2:00 pm
Location: New York Marriott Marquis
Last chance to stop by registration to check in, get your picture taken, and pick up your tickets to the National Ceremony. Ticket pick-up is not available at Carnegie Hall. Students must wear the medal that was shipped to their home prior to Awards Week as their ticket.

Students will be professionally photographed with their medals and Scholastic Awards merchandise will be available for purchase via credit or debit card only. The Gold Key Boutique is cash-free.

Location: Carnegie Hall, 881 7th Ave
Doors open at 5:00 pm for guests and educators. The Ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 pm.
