From the imaginative contributions to the collaborative story to the inspired pictures you’ve shared with us on Flickr, it’s been wonderful to have so many participate in this fun summer initiative. We hope you’ve stayed artistically active these warm months in preparation for the 2012 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. As the grand finale to START.WRITE.NOW., we’re asking you to submit images of the artwork you have created this summer to our contest page on crowdtogether.com. Invite your friends, family and adoring fans to vote for your work. The People’s Choice winner will be announced on September 15 – the same day we launch the 2012 Scholastic Awards. The winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and an Alliance tote bag full of swag.
